First pipe bends in Jaworzno

In the past few days the last stage of the induction bending machine was performed. The bending tests were carried out under the supervision of our specialist, machine manufacturer employees as well as TUV and polish certified body inspectors. This ensures the highest quality of service from the very beginning of our piping prefabrication facility operation.
Basic parameters of induction bending machines:
- Min pipe diameter: 219,1 mm
- Max pipe diameter: 1 220 mm
- Min wall thickness:5 mm
- Max wall thickness: 100 mm
- Min bending radius (0-90°): 400 mm
- Min bending radius (90-180°): 1 800 mm
- Max bending radius: 6 400 mm
- Bending angle: 180°
