ZRE Katowice S.A. actively benefits from EU grants, using them for development of business and employee training. An example is the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, which aims to promote a broad understanding of innovation. Under the fourth Priority Axis: Investment in innovative projects, ZRE Katowice S.A. gained a grant for the development businesses based on innovative technologies of industrial structures. Funding of this activity is particularly important for us, since innovation is an important element realized by our companys’ strategy.

ZRE Katowice S.A. also participates in the Operational Programme - Human Capital. As part of the programme we organize trainings to improve welding and professional skills of employees in Silesia. The aim of this training program is to increase adaptability of workers.
