In 2014 of the Division Automation has completed the metering and clearance systems for electric power produced by Tg4 and TG7 generators at the plant Fortum Zabrze plc.
The scope of jobs included:
- Development of the engineering documentation.
- Arrangement of all settlements and approval of the documentation by Tauron-Dystrybucja A.
- Installation and connection of 4000/5/5A class 0,2 current transformers in the busbar duct of the TG7 generator,
- Installation and connection of 3000/5/5A class 0,2 current transformers in the busbar duct of the TG4 generator,
- Installation and connection of 6,3:√3/0,1:√3/0,1:√3 class 0,2 voltage transformers in measurement bays of the TG4 and TG7 generators,
- Construction and installation of a new metering board with use of ZMQ202 electric power meters,
- Completion of a system for data transmission from the meters to Tauron-Dystrybucja and other equipment of Fortum Zabrze.
Upon completion of all erection and installation jobs all measurements, acceptance of the system by Tauron-Dystrybucja and final commissioning of the system were carried out.
