On 21st August “heavy erection” of a boiler fired with municipal wastes was completed in Peterborough, UK. The project was carried out for the Danish company called BWV. It is a subsequent subcontract that is carried out by ZRE for that Danish client, but the first one that includes also erection of a boiler.
The boiler parameters are the following: performance of 35.6t/h, steam pressure of 95 bars, steam temperature 455oC.
Pressure test of the boiler is scheduled to February 2015.
For the same project ZRE Katowice is responsible, upon a separate assignment, for engineering, pre‑production and assembling of external pipelines. The amount of the assignment is estimated to ca. 70 tons of pipelines with suspensions and supports.
