Modernization of the OP-650k boiler unit No. 12

1. Pressure part, insulation, boiler and air fuel supply system, fittings
high-pressure equipment and accessories - work included:
- modernization of the pressure part,
- modernization of the boiler's power supply system with fuel,
- repair of high-pressure fittings,
- renovation and replacement of boiler accessories,
- construction works.
The value of the work carried out amounted to approximately PLN 7,750,000 net.
2. Modernization of the drum - the work included:
- delivery and assembly of complete internal fittings for the separation drum
expansion,
- reconstruction of nozzle openings 0 131 pipes connecting walczak with evaporator i
10 of the primary steam superheater,
- preparing the drum for revisions and tests,
- repair of the drum shell.

- modernization of the internal fittings of the drum
- delivery and assembly of complete internal fittings for the drum (expansion separation),
- reconstruction of nozzle openings 0131,
- replacing with nozzle 0159,
- replacement with the implementation of the nozzles of the broken safety valves of the drum,
- exchanges with the execution of central collector pipes of downpipes,
- replacement with the preparation of the inlet of the feed water,
- replacement with the execution of measuring nozzles,
- filling in discontinuities and losses of material,
- heat treatment of the drum's carg,
- preparation for non-destructive testing and grinding of the drum for diagnostic tests,
- cleaning the inside of the drum before and after the work.
