Responsibilities of the Project Manager, Project Engineer and specialist investor supervision

I hereby confirm that the company Zakłady Remontowe Energetyki Katowice SA acted in 2017/2018 as the Project Manager, Project Engineer and specialist investor supervision during the implementation of the investment project "Flue gas cleaning plant with the modernization of EE II in Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne" Police "SA" and the scope of duties entrusted to the company included:
1. Conducting an inventory.
2. Development and updating of the Project Implementation Schedule.
3. Preparation of documents for the Employer enabling the selection of a detailed design contractor, mechanical and technological start-up.
4. Coordination of design works, supplies of materials and devices.
5. Current industry supervision over the implementation of the task.
6. Managing the implementation of the Project in accordance with the technological concept purchased by the Employer.
7. Organizing and managing a team that manages and supervises the implementation of the entire investment process in the industry.
8. Preparing the Ordering Party with necessary and complete materials that enabled the selection of contractors in all sectors of the project.
9. Obtaining the necessary consents and permits resulting from the applicable law.
10. Supervision over the implementation of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with the contractors of works and suppliers of apparatuses and devices.
11. Ongoing inspection and enforcement of the execution schedules by the contractors of the Project and equipment suppliers.
12. Reporting the progress status of the Project.
13. Active participation in activities aimed at optimizing expenditure in the context of the approved budget while ensuring full technological functionality.
14. Coordination of project tasks and deliveries as well as supervision of prefabrication and assembly works carried out by subcontractors.

15. Preparing, complete and systematic transfer of materials and documentation from all sectors and areas of the Project.
16. Completion and systematic transmission of the as-built documentation of the Project.
The Flue Gas Desulphurization Installation concerned two OP230 boilers with a heat output of 165MWt each, and the net value of the service exceeded PLN 6,000,000.00. The said works were performed on time, with due diligence. ZRE Katowice S.A. was characterized by high quality and professionalism of the services provided and high qualifications of employees performing the said works.
