Fresh steam pipelines (LBA) – in the range of diameters from (OD) 33.7mm to (ID) 320mm and wall thickness from 8mm to 98mm, design pressure max. 30.9 MPa (g); design temperature max. 610 ° C; in the material grade: X10CrWMoVNb9-2 (463 t); total tonnage of 463 t, including tonnage of pipes with a diameter above 200 mm, amounted to 4541 (design pressure above 15 MPa); 2. Steam piping for secondary overheating (LBC) – in the range of diameters from (OD) 21.3 mm to (OD) 813 mm and wall thickness from 2.9 mm to 42 mm; design pressure max. 8.15MPa (g); design temperature max. 415 ° C; in material grades: X10CrWMoVNb9-2 (57t); 13CrMo4-5 (8t); 10CrMo9-10 (3t); 16Mo3 (404t); total tonnage of 469 t, including tonnage of pipes with a diameter above 200 mm, amounted to 459t (design pressure below 15 MPa); 3. Secondary superheated steam piping (LBB) – in the range of diameters (OD) 21.3mm to (ID) 645mm and wall thickness from 2.9mm to 48mm, design pressure max. 7.7MPa (g), design temperature max. 620 ° C; in material grades: X10CrMoVNb9-l (lt); X10CrWMoVNb9-2 (728t); 10CrMo9-10 (100kg); a total tonnage of 729 t, including a tonnage of pipes with a diameter exceeding 200 mm, amounted to 725 t (design pressure below 15 MPa); 4. Supply water pipelines (LAB) – in the range of diameters (OD) 14mm to (ID) 470mm and wall thickness from 3.2mm to 44mm, design pressure max. 38.5MPa (g), design temperature max. 325 ° C; in material grades: 15NiCuMoNb5-6-4 (169.81); 10CrMo9-10 (100 kg); 13CrMo4-5 (100 kg); total tonnage 1701 (design pressure above 15 MPa). As part of the above task ZRE Katowice S.A. performed: – executive project – selection of fittings – strength calculations – installation models (PDMS standard) – selection of fixings – selection and purchase of materials for the implementation of the aforementioned pipelines including the construction of supports – prefabrication of the concerned pipelines – delivery to the construction site – supervision of assembly
